It seems so obvious. But then, why didn't she get a turn in Vol. 2, considering how eager she would seem to be? I wouldn't be entirely unsurprised if she somehow ends up going last. I'm still going to say she probably goes next, though.

I don't disagree with you! Nah, I just don't really think it would be released here, as Steam is still pretty family-oriented. So I am guessing they would need to make the plot-line a bit softer (no pun intended) for the global sales.

Late to the party but...
Going by personality alone, I'd say Cinnamon first, Maple second.
Cinnamon is pretty much already willing, Maple on the other hand...

We don't know much about Maple at all really, we know she likes fashion (gal?) and she's got a bit of that air of superiority about her, but she's nice.
She honestly seems to be the most "normal" of the bunch, with all the others having some form of character trait.
Chocola-Hyper and pretty stupid
Vanilla-Stoic and smart
Azuki-Tsundere/Never honest
Cinnamon-Deredere, Pervert
Coconut-Self-conscious klutz

Where would one put maple? Himedere? Nah, not quite enough for that...

Maple seems to be the one Kashou will actually have to chase for a bit, unknowingly chasing that is...

As for sex scenes, I just want at least one anal scene, doesn't matter who. :P
On the subject of scat, pff, some pee is perfectly normal, if you're scared of some pee then, I'm afraid you'll have to avoid having sex. ;)
