I don't think there's much information about that. We can guess Kashou might be an adult, since he owns a shop. We can also estimate Chocola's and Vanilla's human equivalent age, based on what we find out about Milk, who looks about 12 or 13 years old and is actually 7 months; thus Chocola and Vanilla, who are about 9 months at the start of Vol. 1, would be equivalent to a human of almost 17 years. (This isn't very exact. Nekos apparently age like real-world cats, whose life stages aren't entirely proportional to those of humans. But we can gloss over that detail.)

But for Shigure, we don't have much to go on. We do learn in Vol. 0 that there is a significant age gap, such that she doesn't remember much of Kashou's childhood. In fact, I think that's the only solid information we're given. So take that as you will.

Well, there is one more thing we find out in Vol. 3. I'll let you see what it is. It doesn't constrain her age that much, though.
