You need right click on the game in library and open Properties --> General --> Set launch options and write -steam=no
But you will not get achievements
If you need achievements you need write in Set launch options -steam=yes
guess that answers your question spoiledbun. you can buy the patch then set those launch options and still get the H scenes. if you want cheevs just playthrough the censored game once.
