Thank you for considering it. This could be a really popular item here on Steam (I think) if it had Workshop. Some of us want to build and decorate without going the Sims route. And being able to export objects and layouts to other games would be fantastic.

i agree. i dont even have this game. but i would consider getting it if it had these features avalable.

This. Workshop mods are optional to use and doesn't take away from the experience of anyone who purchased HD3D.
