How do I add a second floor / cellar / attic?

Well according to this video yes you can but the program in the video looks really really different, the software that I got from here is much simpler version, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=48BUWB5PY-8

And i dont understand when I search for livecad it brings me to their home design 3d website (where you can get it for free without the furniture didnt knew that!)

Surely how can the program from the video be the same program here? Tried doing a second floor but couldnt find out how, you can see from the video you have hundreds of options while in the software that I got you have 5 LOL. Hmm

Well I looked a bit more and I saw from their videos that in the IOS version they have added floors, and the PC version has not, but in the video they say it will be added to Mac and PC as well, its a shame they actually put a really dumbed down version in Steam instead of getting up to date, I expect some negative feedback with "bad port to PC"repeating all over the place. :D Keep in mind video was made at 27 January 2015 almost 1 year ago (plus minus 2 months)!

I really do hope they update this software to its full fledged version and bring all the goodies, it was a really terrible decision on their side releasing the software in an "alpha" or EA state.

being able to have rounded floor plan/walls would be nice

I have garry's mod and that combined with source SDK, could probably do something much more elaborate

Thanks HomeDesign3D Team for your response. I purchased this last night, after reading the reviews. I have played SIMS just for the design features. You have produced a good design product. I really enjoy the 3D FP view, allowing the ability to walk through the home. I also like the ability to change the colors of everything – that’s great! I do agree, additional floor ability would be nice. I was just talking with my nephew, who is an architect, about a simple home designer program that’s easy for users. Well….here it is!

My greatest suggestion I can give the development team is to allow more furniture/products/carpets etc... Is it possible to allow the user to import or build their own (i.e. pictures with own designs).

Our team is constantly working on fixing bugs, addings more features etc. For example towards the end of the year, you will have a new pack of items (the 14th). As it is the gold version here, it will be a free update for everyone on steam. So you can say that all the "dlc" will be free on Home Design 3D.
