How do you rotate a room?

I want to build a rectangular room that doesn't face North/South or East/West. Want it to me like Northeast.

How do rotate a room? It doesn't have that little spot on corner to grab like objects do.

However, I did just figure out that if you rotate the compass, it'll orientate the Sun's direction.
