Home Design - Crash
I even had an open ticket on homedesign3d.net , but support only told me to read the FAQs. And now it says "Le ticket a été résolu (Solved) since 22 hours 45 minutes" ... Well, NO, it was not 'resolu' . FAQ did not help.

As I said in my ticket, I have 2 graphic cards and this is the only app/game that crashes when playing it. After 5 minutes of using it, starts 'lagging', then freezes and crashes. It does save my work, but it's very annoying to restart it every 5 minutes or so.

Is there any way to fix this WITHOUT actually taking out one of the graphic cards? :rshocked:

Hello,
We are sorry about your experience with our support when you opened a ticket.
However, we have been investigating on your problem and we could not come up with a solution since you have a particular PC configuration... Unless you deactivate one of your graphic cards, we cannot help you.
Thank you for your understanding.

Oh well, I guess I will have to change my configuration then.
Thank you for your reply.

I turned off Anti aliasing and it fixed my issue.

I have recently been having an issue where the game will not even launch, first I thought it was a driver issue but even after updating it's still not launching, the exe opens, runs for about 10 seconds before it states "not responding" in task manager then after another 10-15 seconds it stops pulling any resources and sits idle without opening anything at all. The only way to exit has been to end the task
