Can you try to start the application in administrator mode?
I think I tried doing this, launching the exec directly from within the Program Files directory...
I note that even after completely removing the app it always wants to open maximised on my second monitor. I have 2 x 4k monitors so i'm thinking it could be related to the high resolution (although it was working perfectly). It's opening up on the second (right) monitor so start coordinates would be > 2000.
Where does the application store it's last open window location coordinates?
I'd like to try and play with this as can't think of anything else that would be breaking the app.
Cheers!
Thanks you for details.
To launch the application in administrator mode, you have to find and do a right click on the application icon in the start menu and then select "Run as administrator". I am asking that because a user had a white screen and solved the issue by running the application as administrator one time.
Sadly you can't edit settings that aren't saved in text mode. Having two screens isn't an issue, we have the same configuration.
Can you see a loading text message in grey in the center bottom of the white screen? You may have to take a capture with Print screen key to check that.
Thank you.
Unfortuantely seeing the same issue when running as admin. Also unable to see any text in the window whatsoever. No sign of 'loading' and the bottom of window is not obsucred by the taskbar as I can see my background underneath.
Perplexed!!
Cheers,
Tim
I sent you a friend invitation to be able to ask you some files that I will need to be able to investigate on your issue.
Have accepted!
Could you please assist.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled and run as admin.
Hello Roxanne,
Thank you a lot for your feedback, actually we already made some researches, but we can't be sure about the origin of this issue. We don't have enough information to be able to reproduce it and then to fix it.
We made some tests with AMD GPU but we have fewer configuration based on those than on Nvidia one, it might be specific to the model or the driver version, can you give me the reference of your AMD GPU and the driver version?
Timbo and BobPanda have you both an AMD GPU too?
i was so very excited to be using the software.
