Difficulty Achievements Question

So, I just beat the game on Olde School and I got that achievement, but generally when you beat something on hardest difficulty you will get the achievements for completion on lower difficulties as well; however, I did not.

Community: Has anyone else found this to be the case or is it just me? Developers: Is this intentional or accidental?

So we all went for the olde school achievement expecting to get the others as well, but none of did... if it wasn't so tragic I'd be laughing my ass off right now.

The comedy of the situation almost follows suit with the game.

Non stackable difficulty achievements?? That demands a fix.

You can also get achievement for normal difficulty,if you choose third ending (you just go away).
But for an easy one you have to beat game second time
