Spoilers. What the hell did any of this mean?

Maybe I'm mentally disabled, but as far as I understand, She went into the mirror world,(for what?) banished a bunch of ghosts,(for what?) and it ended with her and miss siska doing something(for what?)

Thanks, I appreciate it, I'm also looking more into the historical lore, that relates to, and serves as a basis for these events, rather than the events themselves, as it may provide more concrete explanations.

as far as events and the comic goes, Siska planned to go to creepy town, screwed over the kids, killing one of them personally, then doing some magical ritually thing, gets a serpent baby.
and Linda's role is to ruin stuff for the ghosts as a distraction, so Siska can get the baby raptor jesus. As somehow Siska magically knew that Linda would make a good distraction, and was also somehow able to manipulate her into being one.

At least that's what seems to be the the idea in a nutshell.

she went to mirror realm to "defeat" the power....the power it content of this place.I can assume it's serpent lady. you know the three sister is growing weak,so linda,ira and miss siska become the next guardian...but it turn out that miss siska has another purpose, and it's "eternal" (based on sewurupa face). this is my conclusion.... you will get the hint from the ending of dreadout,when linda got voicemail from ira....and from the first trailer of keepers of the dark

This is what I get from playing both games and reading the theory in the wiki.

From the DreadOut Act 1 and Act 2 we get Linda, Ira and the sister who possessed Ira as the new Keepers of the darkness. And in this game we get clear view that Miss Siska is the one behind everything.

This game showing us what happens to Linda when she got pulled by the LDR into the mirror and what Miss Siska did from the outside to get the Serpent Mistress power (or ressurected her).

In the end of the game, Linda weaken the Serpent Mistress (through battle) and Miss Siska did the ritual from the outside and grap the mistress from the painting of LDR after Linda blow the seal (candle).

I don't know who said "You ready, now go... Proof that you're indeed worth the promise you've made for us" (Cause the voice is different), I guess it's LDR before she changed to her evil form (maybe), because the seal is broken. All she had to do maybe is to protect the last seal which is the last candle in the end of Dreadout Act 2 or maybe to witness Linda's power to Seal the shadow and gave Linda the last remaining power of herself.

So when Linda open the gate in the end of this game and we got image of Linda and Miss Siska walking out. For me it's clear that Linda is the new LDR and Miss Siska is the new Serpent Mistress.

Well, it's just my theory on this Dreadout story. I just hope they make DreadOut 2 so Linda and Miss Siska could go head to head. lol

Nope, remember the small mirror which almost give us a message like " Not finish yet " ? Complete everything and enter that mirror, so it'll lead you to the event of Act 2 ( before final battle with LIR )

Well, you can enter the big door if it's available and defeat the mistress.You'll go back to the hall anyway, you can enter the small mirror or complete everything if you haven't.

I completed everything and save the big door for the last cause I know it'll be the final door. Cause the man in the hall said there's room 109, lol...

Thanks for that link. Good to know what the serpent was based off of if nothing else. Initially I thought it was Red escaping IN Siska with whatever nightmarebeast was at the heart of that maze. Which is still a weird possbility.

You more clearly destroy the other two sisters, with the mermaidish one telling you that you don't know who you serve. And you seem to be assisting the lady in red, who gives up her power? Is it possible the red sister is assisting the serpent in order to escape limbo?

The ending is extremely vague. Other than Linda getting powers and things getting out of the village.
