Season pass isnt doing anything
Bought the preorder bundle for re village that comes with re7 gold edition which includes the season pass aka all the paid dlcs, but none of them are showing up. It says in the dlc section of the game i have the season pass but none of the actual dlcs are showing up. Ive tried unchecking and checking the box but it doesnt do anything. It says i own the season pass but thats all that shows up, the dlcs are not showinf up to download.

Same problem. No DLC available inside the game and Steam, but Season pass is cheked in steam menu.

Youd think with a chunk of people getting the preorder bundle that everything would work after 3 years.

Same problem for me too, don't know why its happening but hopefully this gets resolved soon.

I sent a support request to steam letting them know the issue. Ill let you guys know if they say anything or if I get it fixed. Im sure they'll be getting an influx of issues of a chunk of people are buying the re8 preorder bundle.

Same Issue, just bought the bundle (village+re7 with DLCs) and I'm unable to download the DLCs. Seaosn Pass is checked but the DLCs aren't getting installed and they aren't present inside the game.

Still waiting a response from steam. At least we know its not an isolated instance. Id imagine a bug with their bundling since it was just announced.

This is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ and I should get what I paid for. They should still know how to fix this stupid mistake. I planned on speedruning this and the dlc for my friends so they can watch me play RE8 when it comes out. Thank you for your help Niospartan

Steam finally got back to me sort of. They just asked what dlcs am i having issues with and to send them a screenshot of the dlcs that are listed as what I own. I guess its kinda wonky as we own the season pass but whatever green lights us to down load the actual dlcs isnt working right at the moment. I'll let you guys know on the next update. hopefully we don't all have to deal with steam support and my issue helps us all get resolved.

They replied to me as well just now (I sent a ticket myself just to be sure). They asked for the exact same thing. let's see what they answer now.

I have the same problem. I've contacted Steam support, so far they've told me to contact Capcom support and directed me to this page: https://www.capcom.co.jp/support/contact/

The steam support is not udnerstanding the issue. They just replied to me that Season pass appears as added in our account, so it's all good for them :steamfacepalm: .

Same issue here, put a support ticket in to Capcom. Steam isn't going to be able to help.
