RE7 Will Not Start (Please Help)

I bought RE7 right when it came out and when I first installed it, I had no issues at all. However I uninstalled it after beating the main game and the 2 DLC because it was taking up space and when I heard that the new DLC was coming out Dec/12/2017 I installed it again to get everything ready. After I installed it again I clicked play to test it out and see if it runs fine, but... it just didn't start up at all.

Let me be really specific about whats going on....
-There are no errors, steam says RE7 is loading, the message goes away but nothing comes up

-I go onto task manager scroll down to background processes and see RE7 on there but its using like 70 MB of memory and just sitting there idly.

-If I click play on steam again I get an error message saying RE7 is already playing, when its not.

-I have the latest version of Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 and 2017 installed, (still does nothing)

-I Uninstalled and Installed it back on again (Nothing Happens)

-I Uninstalled and Installed it back on without the DLC (Nothing Happens)

-I used steam's verify integrity of game files (Nothing)

-I ran the game as administrator (Nothing)

-I messed around with the compatibility settings under file properties (Nothing)

I went to most of the posts that claim to have a solution, but none of them worked for me.
PLEASE CAN SOMEONE HELP?

I never seen a game of this quality and published by a company like capcom have this kind of issue where I can't play the game. This is seriously annoying me because I like this game alot and payed full price for the damn thing.

Apparently this bug is newer than the other ones which actually give an error of some kind, but because this issue doesn't give me an error message I don't have a reference point to work with here. It's almost as if this issue is due to a recent update or something, which would explain why it worked fine for me on the first day it came out.

Sadly I still dont have answers, I'm going to try researching this a little more, but since I already spent like 5 hours doing all sorts of methods before I made this post, I don't have high hopes lets just say that.

I figured it might be a problem updating the windowns KB2929699 ... I reinstalled it and it worked for me. https://www.microsoft.com/en-US/download/details.aspx?id=42503

Yep ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ bnunch of worthless data, I'm thinking of uninstalling this ♥♥♥♥♥♥ waste of space, game doesn't run at all just sits in the task manager and NEVER launches the damn game..

The fact that there are so many of those "game won't launch" massages in the forum, that are one month old (or older), and yet no response from Capcom, is so f***** annoying.
It is not some trivial glitch or something, it's the WHOLE FREAKING game!

just a question did you get your game from a key site? or bought it from steam?

Got it from a key site, but logically, this doesn't affect the game launch

Omg, i just tried to search for solution again and thanks to : Shark for giving the solution !!

Go to your RE7 folder, right click on re7.exe --> Compatibility tab --> check run as administrator and launch the game through that .exe

Work for me !!
