Weird Graphics Issue
Booted the game for the first time in months. Now there is a blue tint to everything. All my other games are fine. It looks like the color black has been replaced with blue.

I also need help on this issue. It seems that the color black is purple on my computer, often when there are shadows.

From the Start menu go to Options > Graphics > Display Mode and change it to Borderless WIndow. That fixed it for me.
