Resident Evil 7 won't launch!

So I just got done installin RE7. It didn't launch, I'll describe the error in the following text.

I want to ask the community first before writing this to the Support, since maybe some of you have already experienced and fixed this kind of issue.

So whenever I want to launch RE7, the only thing happening is my Steam changing my status from "Online" to "In-Game" for like 3-4 seconds. The actual game isn't even being launched, not even a panel for the game or an error message is being opened.

I neither think that my Hard-/Software is the cause for this, since every other game ni my library is working fine.
I currently run Win7 Ultimate x64 installed.
Mainboard: ASUS X99-E
CPU: Intel Core i7-6800k
GPU: GIGABYTE GeForce GTX 1070
RAM: 16GB HyperX (2x 8GB) DDR4 by Kingston
SSD: 250GB Samsung EVO
HDD (where my game is installed): 1TB Seagate
Cooler: Corsair H115i (water cooling)

Since I built this PC myself, I did not have any Drivers preinstalled. I installed both Graphics drivers from DVD aswell as every other Driver that comes with the mainboards DVD.

After troubleshooting for 4hrs, I can say that somehow I can help you.

Follow the instructions:

1. Right click the game and then click properties -> Local files tab -> Browse local files -> run the RE7 application that appears in the folder try running it normally or as an administration. (Keep running the game by opening it in the folder not on steam to determine every error you need to fix)

2. If it still does not work and you get an error of .dll missing files, download "ALL" the requested missing .dll files in this site https://www.dll-files.com/ it means "ALL MISSING .DLL"

2.5.) after downloading every .dll files comes in winrar form you need to extract it and drag/copy it to the ( C:/ - > Windows -> System32)

3. If you get the "CONCTR140.dll" error download it on that site again.

4. If you still get the same error you need to install or fix your Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 x64( if you are 64bit) or Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 x32( if you have 32bit) and Microsoft Visual C++ x86 (required)

4.5.) you can download the following at Microsoft just type it in the search engine just make sure it is from Microsoft.

5. If it still does not work Disable your anti virus and Veify Integrity of Game Files ( Right Click the game -> Properties -> Local Files Tab -> Verify Integrity of Game Files)

6, After Verifying try running the game, For some reason I did all the troubleshooting you can get in the internet and made the game running/work by following all what I have written.

PS: sorry for my english construction I've been dying to play the game and I am very depressed to find answers in the internet and cared to help the community,

PS: If you encountered a Save data does not exist and cant move anything just unplug you controllers and let your mouse and keyboard do the job.
