Where does the Baker's super strength and regeneration powers come from?

After finishing the game hindsight has given me a new out look on the hostile savagery and brutality of the Baker"s actions. They are operating under fear. Fear of Eveline’s wrath if her ideal family is upset. Near the end we learn that she is capable of infiltrating someones mind, causing hallucinations and can even cause a person to literally mold from the inside out. I guess tieing into the Molded enemy type and the missing persons? Those who survived the Molding became monsters?

The Bakers were willing to play along with Eveline, like that twilight zone episode. To keep things together, the Baker's fear motivated them to fiercely defend "the family" from anything that may effect Eveline’s pure, child desire to be loved and have a normal family. (lest they face the same fate as the others.) Even going so far to project her image as a child in others minds, while in reality she's aged.

So where does the surer strength and regeneration powers come from? does it tie into the other Resident Evil games? Is Eveline completely controlling the bodies and can create these powers? (I don't like that one cuz the Baker's seem like fine folk in the end. Just scared is all. Behaving like any ‘ol animal would.) Does it come from one of the MANY viruses or parasites from the other games? And, are there any references that I may have missed in the main game?

Because Evie's was planted with multiple B.O.W Power during development with HCF , Evie act as Carrier & the brain host control for target victims , give victims power stored in Evie's body .

Example Evie carryng B.O.W Power similar to G Virus , this power will used as allied forces in combat againts hostile enemy . Which Jack Baker got this similar power Strength & regeneration . Evie is the special type BOW Fungus Mutamycete act as Control & give anyone power . The 2nd weapon ability for Mutamycete also able to create form of black bacteria super power called mold . Act as Minions in combat .

Indeed same like Marguerite as well , give her power act as insect similar to B.O.W insects like centipede , bee etc in previous RE game = RE0 etc .

But Lucas cased is different because his mutated power from Evie was experimented again by himself & third party agent company at the baker's mansion
