DLCs / Gold Edition not on sale?

Why is everything about Capcom is on sale except for RE7's DLCs? I already own them but I wanted to buy them for a friend.

It never goes on sale on Steam, couldn't tell you why. I Managed to buy a steam key though for Gold edition for less than $20 sometime recently. Check isthereanydeal or similar sites

it was actually much cheaper for me to get the game from pre-ordering the 80 dollar Village bundle than it was to buy base RE8 and this separately

oh hell no I'm not buying RE8 on full price, not after what happened with RE3, I pre-ordered that one with awful price in my region only to be disappointed for 1 and 30 minutes.

maybe thats the reason why. they want more reason to get people to just buy re 8 on pre order rather than selling re 7 dlc very cheaply.
