The one in the trailer is just an modern darkydark hardcoar supersp00ky production of the original song. The tune is originally from Europe (supposedly adapted from an opera or musical), but it became popular as an American children's song with the lyics featured in both those variations as well as numerous lyrics sites.

tl;dr Aunt Rhody is just a character from a song - unless they choose to make an Aunt Rhody character in the game.
