Don't mind that they have plug-and-play USB HID support that works with most MnK, *just not enabled in-game*
The enemy speed and behavior are designed around the player not being able to aim consistently to induce a bit of panic. However when you learn the enemy movement patterns and pre-aim by placing the reticle where the enemy head will be.
Not to mention the importance of stagger, dismemberment and, most importantly, blocking.
I played through RE7 twice: on Normal with a controller and then on Madhouse with M+K. It's fine, you'll get the swing of it)
