Chris or ChrisTOPHER Redfield??
Played "Not A Hero" and Lucas Baker calls Chris Redfield of Christopher Redfield and does not get corrected. In Resident Evil Village he is only called "Chris" Redfield. It makes me confused. After all, is Christopher Redfield the full name of Chris Redfield??:lunar2019deadpanpig:

Christopher and Chris are the same name.
Chris is just the shortened version of the same name.

I know that, but Christopher Redfield, until Resident Evil 7: Not A Hero, had been always called just "Chris" but I am not 100% Christopher is official full name since RE:Village resumed called him just "Chris"...
Its 1 of 2 things:

1. It's just Lucas being an annoyance and calling him by his formal name

2. This isn't Chris Redfield, this is Christopher Bluefield, I mean look at RE7 Chris and then RE5/6 Chris, different person.

Definitely NOT "number 2", this was some very stupid BS theory made up by crying RE fanboys who couldn't accept Chris(topher) new face model between main game and "Not A Hero" DLC. Capcom itself stated the veracity of Chris(topher) Redfield, "Not A Hero" fully address this and on top of that in RE Village Chris fully addressed the events from RE7 Biohazard. Dead issue.
So really, bringing that BS theory again is just necroing.

Oh it is cool then, my bad.
For me though, I had to endure this ridiculous serious theory from RE "fans" by many weeks until Capcom debunked it.

Tbf I've never known anyone IRL whose legal name was Chris. It's always Christopher, they are just called Chris.

Definitely true, but the confusion is that even in legal documents his name was always spelled as "Chris Redfield" as back in Resident Evil 1, where in his badge is written and even signed as "Chris Redfield" check this: https://static.wikia.nocookie.net/residentevil/images/7/75/Remake_various8_lg.jpg/revision/latest?cb=20110307130535
Anyway I sincerely hope this was just a gross oversight from Capcom.

you literally ask if Christopher is the full name of Chris and then claim to already know. Lucas was just being cheeky and trying to aggravate Chris. Ever hear your friend John's mom get mad at him and call him Jonathan?

No, Chris could be "Christian" and in Resident Evil 7 "Christopher" as full name could be just a local English translation instead of canon by Capcom.
