The order does not matter.

Daughters: October 2014 (after wrecked ship flashback, almost three years before Ethan story)

Not a Hero: July 2017, right after Ethan story ending.
End of Zoe: August 2017. A couple of weeks after Not a Hero.

Ethan Must Die & Jack's 55th Birthday: Non-canon. Doesn't matter when you play them.

Nightmare, 21, Bedroom: Unconfirmed whether they're canon or not. But if they are, they take place somewhere between June 2017 (after Sewer Gators tape events) and before Ethan arrives.

I'd recommend going with Not a Hero first as it's basically an epilogue episode that proper finishes the story.

Daughters as the prologue telling the Bakers story. Multiple endings to that one, keep in mind, and only one of them canon.

End of Zoe is chronologically the last but is also the last fully canon DLC story-wise. And from here on you're entering the 'wacky and creative Capcom DLC ideas' territory where you'll either love or hate the gameplay.

Nightmare, 21 and Bedroom as semi-canon episodes on what happened to the camera guy from the beginning of the game each with completely new gameplay.

Jack's 55th birthday is probably the wackiest of the bunch, but also fun and challenging. It's definitely non-canon, but I like to think this is the kind of hallucinations Eveline imposed on Mia to simulate 'happy family play' with the Bakers, which is both hilarious and terrifying if you think about it.

Finally Ethan Must Die, a non-canon hardcore minimode which will likely be your biggest challenge initially as it seems unfair or even impossible at every step of the way. That is until you figure it out through patience, observation and a fair bit of trial&error.
It's relatively simple when you figure it out, takes no more than 30 mins to beat (20 if you know what you're doing), incredibly satisfying when you finally beat it, and endlessly replayable due to having random loot.

P.S. this is just the way I'd do it but I agree that ultimately the order doesn't matter that much, except if you want to do the canon story-related ones first.
I'll never get tired of saying how creative and different all of these DLCs are.
Have fun!
