the whole thing is a navigation/combat puzzle.
You don't have to engage every enemy. You may not even have to shoot a single bullet until you get downstairs, maybe a few shots if you're unlucky with using traps.
You clearly didnt read ♥♥♥♥ did you. Nobody said HE HAD TO ENJOY IT, i said some players like the challenge, just because you dont and they dont doesnt mean that nobody does. How do i know? simple as i said, if you cant beat mad house you wont beat ethan must die because its harder than mad house, however its not as hard as you folks make it out to be. Its called having skill and common sense and to choose what you do carefully, its not rocket science. Nobody said that beating the game on mad house would make ethan must die enjoyable you dip, learn to flippin read before making claims about ♥♥♥♥ that wasnt even said let alone implied.
And Ethan Must Die isn't even the hardest DLC imo. Simply because when you figure out, it mostly becomes mechanical work and revolves around different 'builds' from random loot.
To me, Nightmare is the hardest DLC by far.
- Block doesn't prevent damage, it mitigates it. 3 shots is plenty, given that one brings you down to low health, and the fast moulded can one shot you. Again, do Madhouse to understand.
- Some boxes are rigged with explosives at random. You have to stand close to it and listen closely. If it's ticking - it's an explosive trap.
It's all doable and there's no BS there.
You can do it, just stay in the mindset that there IS a relatively simple solution to every encounter and if you're getting killed you're probably haven't figured it out just yet.
Good luck!
$15 FOR 2 HOURS
Yes, and? Games costed 80€ before in the NES/SNES era and were 2 hours long.
REmake3 costs 60€ for 4-6 hours. The original Resident Evil 3: Nemesis also costed 60€ for 6 hours. So what is so strange about 15€ for 2 hours of game time? Especially given that games cost MORE to produce now than ever before.
Both REmake 2 and 3 can be beaten in under 1 hour, same goes for RE3.
RE7 base is by far the longest game even by speedrun standards.
