Did anyone figure out the meaning of the vibrating phone in the Zoe ending before the credits?

At the end you hear a phone vibrating, I think it;s the phone that Ethan throws away from the helicopter. Was wondering what it means.

Alright i apologize. Must have missed it since its the last of the last thing you ever hear in the game.

If that vibrating phone only happens with the Zoe ending than that can only mean that Mia is still alive and called him.

it may be a cliffhanger just to tell the player's the story isn't over, which is true now that we know RE8 continues Ethan's story.
