[SPOILERS]: End of Zoe more entertaining than Not a Hero?
Did anyone else find End of Zoe more entertaining and worthwhile than Not a Hero?

When I first started the DLC I immediately read Joe's survival guide and thought this is going to be hilarious and fun. Just the idea of using wrestling moves and boxing/punching out molded and the Swamp Man instead of using the usual weapons is great and adds a twist to the gameplay. The ending really had a superhero movie feel to it with the soundtrack, AMG-78, and the happy ending with Zoe.

I really liked Not a Hero since you are playing Chris Redfield, you've learned a lot about Lucas Baker and ended more or less his story arc in Resident Evil 7. Chris also felt more elite because he started with new weapons and his cool visor :D

But I agree, I also enjoyed End of Zoe a little bit more, it was a lot of fun punching those molded the ♥♥♥♥ out of them. Joe is a real badass and I also liked the ending, story- and emotionalwise - I like how he stood behind Zoe and tried to help her because she's family! :duke:

If I'd want to punch things I'd rather go back to RE5 and 6, because it's honestly more fun there. So, for me, Nope. For a 15 bucks DLC that came about a year after the main game I think this was unnecessary filler trash nobody asked for.

I enjoyed NaH more. EoZ is such a waste of code trying to be "so bad it's good" but failing at it. They could have made a horror focused DLC episode as rumors hinted it was going to be, not this Uncle Joe boxing simulator crap.

I agree that Not a Hero was still interesting since you learn about Lucas and his activities during the incident. Also Chris Redfield showing up shows that they didn't totally depart from the previous stories. People were commenting that the style and story was almost like a reboot or something independent/unrelated til Redfield showed up at the end of the game.

However, I don't think End of Zoe was a waste and unnecessary. Zoe clearly was the only sane Baker during the main game, guiding you to find a cure. After Ethan cures Mia, you don't know what happened to Zoe after that, so the DLC tells that story. Ethan also kept his promise to get help. To learn her fate was necessary since the main game didn't explain it.

It struck me how they were the polar opposite of each other. It was like they argued over if the expansion should be more firepower, or less. In the end they just made one with a SWAT aresenal, the other with punches.

I also got the impression End Of Zoey might have had Wii in mind...
