how do i fix the subtitles ?
having a 5-15 second delay on the subtitles is kinda annoying , the gameplay itself didnt feel too good either ( in the car right after starting i felt a good 1-2 Seconds delay on my camera movement both with my Mouse and a wired Gamepad , how do i fix this ?

im Playing the game in 4k if thats important

Set Framerate to "Variable" in the Graphic options tab. This option also fixed the audio desync problem for me back in the day.

i usually turn off framerate options because of my gsync monitor

Variable is actually THE option you want on with G-sync screens
