Jack Baker is the ultimate tyrant. Hes stronger than Mr.X and Nemesis and would beat them if they were to fight each other. Proof below.

In conclusion Jack Baker is stronger than the Tyrant and Nemesis as a antagonist that follows you throughout the game. Jack Baker would kick their asses in a real fight. He walks through walls while Mr. X has to tackle through a wall with Nemesis breaking the wall in 5 hits.

The walls both Mr. X and Nemesis destroyed were much stronger compared to a thin wooden wall. You can even see how thin it is when he destroys it.
