*spoliers* used my only corrosive to get gun now cant progress

I used the corrosive you get in the guest room to open the door that leads to the captains cabinet key. Now i have my bizon but i cant progress with the story as i cant find anymore corrosive.

To make it even worse, my entire playthrough is on one save file, and i save like a maniac so I can't go back to a time when i hadn't used my only corrosive.

there is more, on 2nd floor if i remember right, the room with big wooden doors, inside there is a puzzle which gives like 2 corrosive if i remember right

CORRECT ITS the picture frame puzzle theres 3 corrosives inside
