How good are neuro rounds?
Hey, as the question states. I have 5 strong chem fluids that are just sitting around because I haven't decided what to do with them yet, so just wondering how good the neuro rounds are. I have 2 supplements but I definitely don't plan on making psychostimulants at any point because they seem mostly useless.

What exactly do they do?

JUst use them. Game is not that long. On normal I had in the end 17 flame rounds 5 neuro
50 shotgun shells, 100+ bullets, 200 machinegun ones and full magnum.
I could still finish game 3 times with that amount of ammo.
So dont save anything. Just have fun and use it,

Neuro rounds stop all normal enemies and some bosses dead in their tracks for a while and have the equivalent hit force of a .44 magnum. Flame rounds are still slightly better despite lower damage done initially because the fire DOT does a lot of damage over time.

Haha ^^. I have that problem really ingrained in me from the early Resident Evils, just conserve as much ammo as you can, absolutely don't use any weapon that does more damage than a shotgun on anything that isn't a main boss, and end up having so many wasted magnum rounds, grenade rounds, etcetera.

yeah i used that logic here and it turns out i used 9 coins on the magnum which i ended up not firing even once the entire game...

Thank god I had the foresight to use the first batch of coins on the reload speed upgrade, and not just save up for the magnum right out of the gate. I knew it was just going to sit there, not being used because I somehow always don't use the magnum until the final boss, but this particular RE didn't have much of a final boss, so I dunno.

Well there is less than 10 magnum rounds in the game. So its a waste of space really.
one shotgun round kills any normal enemy. 3-4 for midbosses. There are just not enough enemies,
600 burner fuel that never got used.
