21 BET cards
First off i really love the minigame, but what i dont get are the BET 2 card, it says it increase the
enemies bet to 2. but at showdown we both have the same bet without changes.

Increasing your enemy's bet by 2 means that if he lose that round he'll lose 3 fingers (or receive a level 3 volt shock) instead of the regular 1, it doesn't add to the count to 21.
