What does it do? "Provided this card is still on the table, you run for your life at the end of the round" Is this a black jack thing or does he literally do what it says on the card? Sorry for the stupid question :D

It does exactly what it says, if you don't destroy it or kill him at the end of the round he escape.

He escapes and you don't get an opponent "kill". I didn't managed to kill him, but I do believe if the current is lethal for him and you wins he doens't escape (since when he escaped from me he still was zapped). I don't know the rewards for beating him either.

It has been years and years, but if you defeat him you get a bonus trump card on the beggining of your next game lol
