steroids and stabilisers effectivly usable amount

How many steroids and stabilisers can I use which will then have an effect on my health/ reload speed? Just started my second play through. I was able to get the steroids from fire place and the stabilisers and steroids from the trailer. How many times can you stack them?

There are 4 steroid upgrades and 2 stabilizers.

Steroids:

1. Fireplace.
2. Cage in Trailer.
3. Bottom shelf of a green locker during Lucas' area.
4. Under a bathtub in the Salt Mines.

Stabilizers:

1. Cage in trailer
2. Treasure Chest outside the trailer (Need the toy axe from Lucas' room to solve the puzzle)

And yeah, they all stack and the game keeps track of them.
