Subtitles Issues (Kind of creepy)

I'll just start off by telling you that i'm currently trying to get all the achievements of this game and i beat it 3 times already (Normal, Easy and Madhouse) so i'm currently trying to get the achievements to only use healing items 3 times and to only use your Inventory Box 3 times. So shortly before Maggies (marguerite) Bossfight i noticed that randomly subtitles pop out even though no one is talking in the game (Maby thats normal but i never noticed it before) and im quiet sure these are lines from Mia.
A list of subtitles that popped out so far(They arent all exaclty the same as in the game because i didn't write them down): 'Ethan, It's me' , 'I won't hurt you again, I promise' , 'It's OKAY im not gonna hurt you', 'please, don't leave me', 'It's alright, Ethan','Ethan, I'm here'. And they keep repeating over and over again (with like a 20 second pause in between) and its seriously freaking me out bc i can't hear anyone talking!
All the Subtitles seem to be from Mia and they're all pretty short I actually thought it was a bug but i just beat Maggie and they still keep popping up. So maby its normal and I just never noticed it while playing before?
I mean as much as i'm freaked out Right now its actually kinda cool because its creepy and it fits into these 'quiet' parts where you aren't chased by anyone (Like after Maggies Bossfight when you walk up into the second floor and you get the D-series Arm) i'ts kind of making me paranoid. I'm still curious why the pop up tho!

Found the solution, I know I'm late and its probably necroing, but I found the solution.
When you see all those captions it means Mia is still at the old house, she hasn't started the cutscene where Lucas comes and takes her away and asks "Daddy, right? Mind if I take mommy for a bit. Well, don't just stand that, do something!
