Are the Walking Shoes good?
Since they don't change your running speed what's the point?

if it affects walking backwards it might make kiting easier.

faster walking speed means.
1. Dodging by backing up or strafing is easier since you are faster.
2. More stealthy with less time consumption. Walking attract less attention than running obviously.
