Fix Shotgun or fix handgun?

Im super indecisive. Anyone know whats a better option?

The pistol with enhanced ammo is better than the shotgun IMO

Why not fix both. There are two repair kits.

Shotgun for sure. You get a headshot on an average monster with the pistol using enhanced ammo it'll take two shots to the head minimum.
That shotgun? Blows the head clean off with very little aiming. The only drawback is the need to reload but thats easily countered with the two stabilisers available in the game.

TL;DR version; the shotgun is a boss killer.

Was unawear there were 2 kits. Taking into consideration I can CRAFT ammo for the handgun I think I'll fix that first. Then I'll get the shotty. Y'all have been a real help :)

Fix both, there are 2 repair kits, one hidden in the yard between the two sets of stairs on the main house and the other is the third treasure to find.
