There are ghosts in the game?

I liked this game but if it is all about bioweapons and suchs why some times the games feels like there are ghotsts around?

For example after you fight buglady and use the crow key, just ahead there is a small room with a piano that it is playing but when you aproach the room it suddenly stops with a heavy note/key and nobody in the room

Also, why the house is build like that?? Evelyn force the bakers to hire a guy that appantely build the mansion from RE1?? Because she was tired of kidnapped please trying to scape? xD

Capcom confirmed this game is not supernatural-based. It's probebly Eveline (The main enemy in the game, she is sometimes a ghost on and off really)

Well maybe but i think she is more like allucinations (young evelyn) and maaaaybe all that ghost stuff/bits are just allucinations that old evelyn is slowly causing in ethan head because he is already infected and notes says that the infected person start to have allucinations, i think. Also in the ship when playing as Mia, evelyn teleports??? Jesus heavy biosh.it Giving the fact that at that time she was really a little girl like with bones and stuff

That's exactly it, Eveline manipulates the brain of the infected and causes them to hallucinate. No actual ghosts to be found here.
