Just adjust your brightness level in options to what you think looks best for you.
set your brightness during first indoors after the woods from car etc when your flashlight is on
there is no flashlight, has anyone the same problem?
sometimes the light flashes up but permanently no light
For me it depended on the antialiasing, in my case, SMAA and TXAA gave no flashlight effect, choose either FXAA or FXAA+TXAA
I just fix my problem, go to graphic settings and set YES in Subsurface Scattering "
Qoutes from others........ maybe it will help.
