Its a miracle that your computer starts lol
Now if you ask me how can a thinking human being... with a brain that is supposed to be "evolved"... how can such being possibly try to run a 2017 game that has a MINIMUM REQUIREMENT displayed on the store page... on a freaking INTEL INTEGRATED CHIPSET FROM 5 YEARS AGO? I wouldn't have the answer. I don't have an answer for this. It's just too much for me to figure out. No offense.
And yes man, those dudes are right. It's not the game. Its ur rig. Even my cheap a$$ 840m laptop runs this smoothly at 30++ fps in mixed settings. And if I can run this, but you can't, sorry to say, its gg for you.
Capcom did nothing wrong. Modern AAA title game doesnt run so hot on Intel HD. Who'da thunk it.
The problem isn't about the game being "not more" optimized, you're literally using a very old integrated Intel CPU.
Resident Evil 7 requires a lot more then what games did back then. They actually made it so a lot of things seem realistic when playing. And a lot of that realism requires a good GPU and CPU for a good experience.
I'm running an Intel Core i7-6700K with a GTX 1070 and have zero issues running the game.
Moral of my reply is:
Save up and build a computer, it's completely worth it.
