Achievements Error (Offline-Online)

Hello folks!

I unlocked achievements while offline.
When back online, it's still locked after synced.
The next day, I tried all over again while online
but it just seems can't be unlocked anymore.

In short, it's like the game admits I unlocked them already, but Steam doesn't.

Any solution is much appreciated.

I've been playing ST for days now and want to thanks to the devs team for making QUALITY GAME. Every aspect of the game is amazing; graphic style, story line, mechanics, and the GENRE itself. So sad when I read on their site that they are no longer making more games in the future :(

I wish I was rich enough to fund like-minded extra hands so Mimimi can continue develop more of GREAT STEALTH STRATEGY games while having as much downtime as they need for taking care of their own life, family, other hobbies, etc.

I think you'd have to ask Steam (although I don't know who or where) about it. It's possible the game isn't flagging to steam that you've done it again because you've already completed it, but the only way to really test that would be to reset your game. Considering steam showed it as being complete then reset it that would suggest to me that it's a steam issue.

Sure thing, mate. I know from the way people like us playing this kind of game,
Blades of the Shogun alone will still give plenty hours ahead to have fun with.
But the fact that decent games in this genre are rare combined with dedicated developer,
it's just inevitable to think that someday we'll be done exploring every explorable
things in these gems mimimi meticulously created. LOL I guess I need to get a life!

PS I did purchase the bundle, so Aiko's Choice will be the next adventure for sure :)
Definitely will get Desperados and Shadow Gambit as well. Thanks for recommending it.

Hello there, Bertie. Thank you for your suggestion. I'll try to contact Steam Support.
Definitely will post it here later should they can come up with a working solution.

I would suggest just using Steam Achievements Manager. Steam does permit it´s use and as far as I know nobody has ever being banned for using it. And if you are re-doing the action related to the achievement and it´s not being triggered again, indeed it would seem both the game and Steam have decided you already have it, so only solution it´s just using Steam Achievements Manager. That´s what the app it´s for in fact, there´s tons of games with broken achievements, games that only give Steam the signal for the achievement one time and if you are offline it´s gone, games that have inner achievements but the connection to Steam doesn´t work properly so half the achievements you can only earn in-game, and so on and on and on.

Trust me, no need to contact them and wait for a whole week for a message telling you they can´t do nothing, just download SAM, excecute it, select the game, select the broken achievements, commit changes and voila. Close the app and there you go, fixxed broken achievement and you have that program now for any future similar problems.

Thanks, mate! Normally I don't like using third party app but you've got a point there. It's not like we're abusing it to unlock anything we didn't earn. Also this achievement thing doesn't inflict neither Steam nor game developer financial loss. So no harm done using it I guess.

Yeah, I completely feel you, it´s an app that I also completely ignored every time it was mentioned to me, until I just completed a game that took me way too much to accept I was gonna lose my last achievement just because Steam went off-line during a few seconds.

It´s just a tool, and a useful one because yeah, this things happen.
