Game doesn't start trying to switch the monitor resolution

Hi everyone!
When I try to run the gam I always get the same message:

Couldn't switch to requested monitor resolution
Switching to resolution 1366x0 failed, trying lower one
Switching to resolution 1366x0 failed, trying lower one
All resolution switches have failed
Screen: DX11 could not switch resolution (1366x768 fs=1 hz=0)

What can I do?
I tried to chage in Regedit the parametres but I couldn't find a way to turn the fullscreen mode off as it is said in this thread: https://steamcommunity.com/app/418240/discussions/0/1693797713971151662/

Try this:
Set Launch Options
Open your Steam Library.
From a game's library page, select Manage > Properties.
On the General tab you'll find Launch Options section.
Enter the launch options you wish to apply (be sure to separate each code with a space).
Close the game's Properties window and launch the game.

Launch option: -windowed

Try also add resolution options -windowed -w 1920 -h 1080

WHY ZERO??

As i can see your refresh rate is 0, "(1366x768 fs=1 hz=0)", try to add command to change it
-windowed -w 1366 -h 768 -refresh 60, or other number, idk your refresh rate
