it happens at different times, specifically when I kill an NPC or change settings, I have reinstalled, reset, and the problem still occurs.

Sorry, there is no way for us to fix this error at the moment!

The only workaround would be to restart the level and try to finish it in a different way or using cheats. You could also try downloading a new save file and use that to play or skip a level you can't finish. We provide some here:
