Right click on your screen and select "screen resolution". Extend the display and make the desired screen the main display.
when in game, use Alt+Enter to go to windowed mode and drag the window onto the correct screen. Should then work for the future also.
I don't know if this actually will work with this game, but that's what I have done in two different games (Mordheim, XCOM2) which suddenly and sporadically showed the problem you described.
I have the save problem.
Could you give us the solution if you still have it ?
Thanks :)
Maybe if you played it on one monitor you wouldn't have this problem :D
I don't understand your reflection, it doesn't seem very constructive to me.
We won't disconnect the other screens every time we want to play this game, it's tedious and it weakens the connections.
In addition, all the other games are launched on the right screen. ;)
Hi Valco
I'm really sorry despite digging through my old emails I cannot find it again. Should have posted it in here at the time, bad form on my part. I cannot for the life of me remember how I fixed it :(
Thanks
Why don't you just own one monitor ? You people with your having to go all out,and wanting more and want the advantage so you can play better than others make it difficult for yourselves when playing a game, and it's your own fault.
That is my point, and maybe I don't agree with you is because I am a Swedish minimalist, and I enjoy it simple.
Well, see Germania516, some of us can't afford to have two systems, one for work and another for playing. I have dual monitors because I need it for my job. In any case, the question was about how to make it execute in one monitor, the one that is a better display, i guess, and your answer is not useful at all, and a bit unpolite.
Going to windowed mode (from the options menu), moving the window to the desired monitor and going back to full screen worked for me under linux, BTW.

The main difference here is that the path you'll need is akin to:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Daedalic Entertainment GmbH\ShadowTacticsBladesoftheShogun
Go there in the Registry and find the field called UnitySelectMonitor. It's probably set to 0, and if you're using one other monitor you may want to change it to 1 to correct the issue.
Feel free to ask if you've any questions or need me to clarify anything. And again, don't touch anything if you're unsure about what something is or if it's not UnitySelectMonitor. Hope this helps!
I'll add to the thread in my own way, if you want to enable TRUE full screen you can add:
-window-mode exclusive
to the launch options for the game. Right click Shadow Tactics in Steam Library -> Properties -> Launch Options and paste the above. This can help with GPU usage and DSR/VSR. For using DSR in this game (I upscale to 4K from 1080p, it looks WAY better than the blurry in-game AA) set the desktop resolution to the desired game resolution and launch the game, then apply the resolution there as well. Note that there is no in-game mouse sensitivity adjustment so I bump up windows mouse speed by a few notches to compensate for the slower mouse.
The above works for most Unity games that aren't using the newest builds or have these features enabled.
Edit: Actually now that I think about it, I wonder if the "wrong monitor" issue you guys are having is due to the fact that the game doesn't run in true full screen (without forcing it)...might be related anyhow, and worth a test before editing the registry.
