Loading screen crash (yes I read message)

So every time I load up the first level, including the demo, the loading screen just freezes and the game doesnt load up. I then have to try and escape I can't use task manager since the game will not minimise, so I try to click close window from the start bar and eventually it closes.

The message at the side says it may appear frozen and take up to a minute but I have sat for 10 minutes with no result.

I can reload it and it sometimes works.

I have a GTX 750 ti, quad core CPU, Windows 10 - not top of the range but my PC can run Dark Souls 3 no problem, so I don't think its hardware.

I also have this problem when i try to go back and play the first mission. I've play four missions already and I didn't have any problem before.

My game is crashing on the load screen for the first mission, I don't know if it's related to the same issue causing yours or not
