How do I bring out an unconscious body left in a wagon?

If you are talking about the 12th mission, then the body should come out of the wagon together with the character who put it inside and entered with it.
He might also lie an the floor athe spot where you exited.

I know it's 4 years later but I myself tried to find it out and came across your question, so others still might be interested. I threw him him in without going in with one of the characters. Later I tried to go in with the same character (at least the one I remembered). I thought this is a game breaker. But in the end I just went in with ALL characters and I think the girl took him out when I made them leave the wagon again.
