Pardon my interrupting, but I also like this idea quite a lot. Would make the starting runner finally useful again...plus-at least in my case-I have multiple ships purchased.

Fair enough. It's just that the game is a real gem and I'd love to see it evolve even more. Plus, some even older games have gotten updates as of late, so I can't see Tempest being any different.

i'd love to see a remaster of the game honestly where it's in PC format rather then the phone API UI/graphic was used for the current game which by the way is really awesome.

personal i know this may not compare to games like sea of thieves and a few other pirate games out there but mayhaps a treasure planet themed pirate ship like game would be interesting since i loved the concept of actual ships with thrusters and stuff is an insteresting take on it
as i loved the systems for the pirate ship parts would love it where the part you use for your ship can level up and evolve as you use them plus like tempest enable customizible appearences and maybe even a way to make your own ship with designes and such with mod support for steam and nexuas mods o.o

For now, there are no plans to remaster Tempest or make a sequel. But this may change in the future.

game is old ...it has had its upgrades and ..dlc.....let them take what they made here and make something 10 times better ,,. this game has come a long way sents 2017.. iv watched it evolve into this masterpiece, only thing that would make this gamne better would be the land based battles ,,. on the sea ,, there is no better game

As far as I'm aware, considering I haven't played in awhile, no. But there is nothing stopping you from just restarting when dead.

I'm sure you read this more often then you would care to see but I might as well try, The island combat is very poor, the sword battle combat system is very lackluster with no real way to have an actual pirate fight and when you get onto the special islands and jade island interface... it's just pathetic. I can get trapped fighting 15 skeletons at once and for 15 minutes dancing around rocks and obstructions just to wait for my gun to load to kill one because not only is the sword play pointless as they can easily ignore attacks but also the whole group will swarm you, and if they get that hit that knocks you to the ground that takes you 7 seconds to get up from that is all they need to all swarm and slash you to death. More then one occasion I have died to that cheap event. Also the pirate camp fights are very lackluster even worse then the skeleton enemies because they are armed with pistols! one shot often sends you in that 7 second fall animation and they just have a field day with you, I never feel like I am having a pirate fight, I feel like I am running around obstructions ( I should say side stepping around obstructions actually....) to dodge bullets and being swarmed by pirates, please consider making a better combat interface land combat is just poor, and the ship combat is really no better you just have your crew for support but if not for the crew it would be no better. Also on the ship boarding crew, they can still get caught on my ship time to time and not join the fight on the opposing ship, and they have a tendency of shooting me more often then there target when I am joining the fight with the other crew, I don't think you should permit friendly fire from the crew, they have killed me a few time before.... and I'm glade they are strong enough to handle it but I would prefer to not be killed by my own crew please. But also the damage animation that you have executed by my character seems unfair, because when your getting swarmed by three pirates and they land a pistol shot on you and begin your tumble to the ground they all begin to slash you as you wait for your character to get done tumbling and standing back up and even if you stand back up 90% of the time there still attacking and you never have a chance to recover and move away (side step away more so......) and then I die, I feel that is unneeded. Hopefully my request does not seem odd or a lack of self masochism, otherwise your ship combat is spectacular! I only hope your team will consider expanding the ship variety! I only truly favor the Queen II and the Galleon although the Galleon is self is not much of a combat ship I would love to see a much vaster variety of large ships like them, throw me 10 new battleship II sized ships in a DLC for 10-15 dollars with more ship customization and colors and you've got yourself a sale! Also is it possible to consider a Japanese themed map? I would love to see the culture added in your game with a Japanese themed battleship II! Thank you for reading and thank you for sticking with your game as long as you have and I hope to see your game only improve!
