How can i leave a map, pls?

How can i get to the eastern or northern map please? Each time i head off the map borders, the Leviathan attacks me and sinks my ship, his attacks are at 80% unavoidable, and after 4 or 5 successful attacks i sink. And why are so many questions in this game unexplained by the developers? WHY THE EFFING CRAP cant they deliver a proper tutorial or at least some tooltips for the stuff they implement? How do i get the Pirate City DLC active, i bought it and there is no way to get the quest? How can i get the asian ships in the **** Jade DLC i bought and why the ***** do i need to ask this here?

you have to go to the partals to change map, they are marked with a map symbol, the northern one is near to the seeker forts, the eastern one is next to the drawing of a kraken at the eastern side of the maps border and the jade sea dlc one is behind the island with all the kingodm cities.

the ships from the jade sea dlc are only available through boarding them and taking them as trophy ship, unlike other ships they dont have reduced stats as trophy ships but you still have be carefull to not sell them since you still can sell them. you only can find them at the map of the jade sea dlc, not on the other 3 maps of the base game.

i dont remember when the pirate city quest starts exactly.

Thanks for the help, but the portals dont work.
*EDIT: OK i found it. no one explains that the player has to MANUALLY enter the portal on the ocean level, not on the map, one has to access it like a landing point or the arena.

you have to load into the ocean map and sail into the blue circle between the rocks, the location looks a bit different for each portal point, the example screenshot below is from the northern portal:
