towers and cannons pirate city trade coalition question

do i HAVE to go through boosting my trade coalition rep back up to finish this? its a PIRATE city, so youd kinda expect a pirate to not be on the best of terms with traders, right? well the quest is kinda requiring me to be neutral with them to buy something, bit hard considering ive used them to make money more than a few times, is there any other option im not seeing?

Just raid other factions while using the trade coalition flag. It'll increase your trade coalition reputation for doing something you'd normally do anyway.

you can purchase them from another faction the guys with the axe flag, thinks its 5k then you fight some pirates.

Hi there the objective says "Obtain cannons. You can find them in the Trade Coalition city in Quiet Harbor, provided your reputation is high enough.". I have been allied with Trade Coalition. I bought short cannons from Quiet Harbor (there is no other cannon in city). I putted them to my city's (pirate heaven) warehouse (20 cannons) but quest not completed or anything else. Is anyone know what should I do? Any walkthrough?

When you visit a certain city you will be prompted about buying them. I can’t remember exactly what port city but it happened to me.

I also get promoted ina certain port to buy cannons for half the price from a fellow pirate but it seems suspicious.

only by restarting the game. Just commit some piracy in the name of the trade coalition.

If your rep is enough, buy the cannons from the city.

Bought 30 cannons still nothing, how many cannons is needed to finish mission?

I don't know, man. It's been years since I played this game. The quest logs aren't always clear about what you have to do.
