Is it worth picking up?

So.....with the recentl glut of RC sims on Steam.... Is this one any good? Is it a 'serious' RC sim, or is it more on the fun side? And...is it worth grabbing just because it's an RC sim, with two others on Steam that are vying for money? (Honestly I think this looks good but with VRC Pro having a lot of push behind it I'm sadly not expecting this to topple that giant) And.....can I race offline with this one? The other two I've played don't have AI (or at least proper working AI) What about moddabili...

Set up

For some reason the game is a little choppy. My PC handles iRacing on max without an issue so find it odd this small game stammers a litte. I cannot find any way to edit the graphic settings or default keys??
