Turbo Pug on mobile? - I NEED your feedback.
OK ok ok.....
So, I'm getting hounded via email, on Steam, Facebook etc.
People want to know if they can play Turbo Pug on mobile.

Look, here's the thing. I never wanted to make a mobile game, I'm not a fan of mobile games at all. But if enough of you want to play on mobile, maybe we'll look into it.

What I need to know is:

How much would you pay on mobile for Turbo Pug? Or would it need to be free with ads for you to consider downloading it?

What mobile device would you play it on?

Would putting ads in Turbo Pug and releasing it into the mobile jungle make me an absolute creep?

Thanks everyone, I really value your opinions and feedback. Please don't forget, we have a big bug fix patch coming soon and the patch will add new characters and some special stuff :)

I'd rather pay for it and have no ads, BUT, if you went for a free with ads approach, please dont make it so the ads pop up every 2 seconds, or sat at the top of the screen rendering the game unplayable and really ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ annoying.

Not described the best, but you know what I mean.

I think this game would be really well suited to be played on mobile, it something you can pick up, while waiting for a bus or a train, you can do a few runs on it then stop when you have to, I think it would have to be a pay for thing, ads would be really distracting on a game like this, make a similar price to the steam release, I don't know anything about developing mobile games though, so i don't know what device it would be played on, but I think Android and IOS devices are probably the obvious choices.

Looking forward to the patch and keep up the good work, it's nice to see a developer keeping in touch with it's community.

A friend suggested a small ad pop up every second time you die. You'd need to click the X to get rid of the add, would this stop you playing?
A :GoldenPugAward: for you sir, or madam.
free with ads on the game over screen

A free version with ads but you can buy it to remove ads. Android and iOS but if you can, you should make it for Windows too.

Yeah, it would be ok on the game over screen as long as they didnt pop up when you were playing, as someone else said it would be nice for windows aswell especially as i have a windows phone myself.

Android and IOS, I think it should be free with ads, but not have pop ups or videos, if only like ads at the top of the screen or something like that, and maybe have a Ads Free micro transaction! (THIS IS EDITED)

Definitely go for it and make it for Android/IOS. Since the game costs 0,99€ on steam it should cost the same or less on the android/ IOS. The best idea would be free with ads but you can buy the game add free for like 50 cents. Thats my opinion :)

I'd say sell it for around the same Steam price.

I would love a mobile port, but if it will be free, please put the Ads on the game over screen so it's not in the way while playing.

I would definitely say go for IOS/Android. I've been playing this game in the dorms and friends who don't play computer games have been asking me how to get it / what steam is. They would definitely be interested in an IOS/Android version, but don't seem too interested in paying even if it's only a dollar. I'd suggest free with small banner ads on the gameover screen, and an option to pay to remove ads for like 99 cents.

First time I played this I couldn't sworn it was a mobile port, or at least a simultaneous release. I think you'll have a hit if you do it.

If you put ads in it, please make it so they dont block the screen or interupt gameplay, or do what most mobile apps do and freaking blast your ears with the audio
A mobile version would be awesome. Since i've switched from Android to Windows Phone, i think a Universal App (UWP) would be perfect :skullboy: (alongside Android and iOS ofc)

Regarding the price, i think Free with Adds (with IAP option to remove them) would be a better option, in case you want it to be paid: 0.99€ is fair.

A .99 USD Cents game wiht tapping mechanics would work, although this game has a lot of expansion room, so I would reccomend you add to this beautiful game. :served:
