Cannot enter a username in the online tab, and the main menu link

I have inputted my code, and it accepted it, but I am unable to input a username, and when I move to the challenge menu from there, it is entirely empty.

The Gratuitous Tank Battles site link that is on the main menu now leads to some chinese malware site now, which should definitely be addressed.
