Change Settings Outside of Game?

I clicked the option to play in Windowed mode, but I didn't notice the resolution was set to my desktop resolution. So now it opens in window mode, but at full screen size, and I can't shrink the window. I just have the title screen and seemingly no way to get to the configs or start. I was hoping there was a way from Steam configs to change the resolution or turn off windowed mode so I could make it work but I haven't found any. Is there a settings data file I could manually edit to change that?

After some digging around I managed to answer my own question. Switched from Mac to Windows lately, so didn't know where to find those files. For anyone else in this situation, the file (default) location is C:Users\<your username>\Documents\My Games\GratuitousSpaceBattles\prefs.ini and you can change windowed mode or set the resolution. I was able to just change the resolution and it worked fine.

For the record, I had been digging through every folder under the GSB directory under Program Files and not finding anything. Makes it hard to find since that's not where it actually is. :D
