Enemies to Friends

I've seen that there is an achievement that involves turning enemies back into friends again but I have no idea how to do this. While I don't currently have enemies in my game I did used to have a few but never saw any way of mending their relationships. How would I need to do to get the achievement?

I haven't had this happen to me but I think that, if two enemies meet at the same location in town, a 'panic button' event can occur at the location. This allows you to play a minigame to repair their relationship. This happens randomly though and I'm not aware of any way to force this minigame to occur (although you might have more luck if the enemies go to the same locations often).

It's as Ethan says. I've had it happen to me only once so far (because I was alswys very good with the pinball mini game and I seldom had enemies) so my memory of it is a little hazy.

If two enemies visit the same location at the same time and they're both at a great mood then a mini-game is started (similar to the one-armed-bandit during the dates in Matchmaker) and if you manage to match 3 images then they stop being enemies.
